It’s something I do in my head and sets the tone for my whole day. I do other things throughout the month, too, but the point is that I have created a sustainable routine that works for my life.



Get quiet and ask yourself, “what can I remove from my life that would create more energy, time, and space?”

Then ask, “what can I incorporate that would fuel me on all levels and yet, feels doable most of the time?”
