House Blessings for Luxury Listings

    Most blessings take place after staging and before the first showing— or as an energetic reset if momentum slows.

    For new construction and development projects, blessings may be performed at the beginning of construction and again before the property enters the market, helping support the transition from vision to completion.

  • Process

    I connect with the spirit of the home, clear stagnant energy, and bless the space using a custom ritual. Each blessing is unique to the property and may include candles, sound, smoke, flowers, crystals, or intentions.

Limited to the Los Angeles area at 0.35c per sq foot with a $800 minimum.

Additional fee for travel outside the Los Angeles area.

For new construction, development projects, or unique circumstances, custom pricing may apply.
