This is a space for clarity you can feel.
About
When I was thirteen, I began asking a question that would quietly shape the rest of my life.
Can I trust what I feel when it doesn’t match what I’ve been taught?
The truths I was being handed didn’t match what I felt inside. I thought something was wrong with me. Or whether there was a truer truth I hadn’t found yet.
So I did what many seekers do.
I looked for someone who knew more than I did.
I searched everywhere.
Books - Religion - Teachers - Therapy
Acupuncture - Certifications
Drugs - Spirituality - Astrology
Energy medicine - Ancient wisdom - Modern science
I believed someone out there held the answer I was missing.
Every meaningful teacher gave me something invaluable.
But none of them could answer the question I was really asking.
They expanded my perspective.
They challenged me.
They illuminated blind spots.
But they couldn’t tell me what was true for my life.
Only I could recognize what was true for me.
Not someone else’s authority.
My own direct experience.
Over more than twenty years—and thousands of client sessions as a licensed acupuncturist, energy healer, and guide—I began noticing the same pattern again and again.
People weren’t lacking wisdom or knowledge.
They had simply lost access to it.
Stress • Responsibility • Old identities
Emotional patterns • Survival strategies
The pressure to get it right.
These things don’t erase what we know.
They make it harder to hear.
That realization changed everything about the way I work.
The discovery
I don’t believe my role is to tell people what to do.
I believe every person is the ultimate authority on their own life.
My work is to create the conditions where that authority becomes accessible again.
Sometimes that happens through a private session or immersion.
Sometimes through writing, a workshop, a podcast, a retreat, or a house blessing.
The format changes.
The intention never does.
Everything I create is designed to help you hear yourself clearly enough to recognize what is already true for you.
Because when clarity returns, the next step becomes obvious.
My work
If Our Paths Cross
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people navigating change— in leadership, relationships, creativity, healing, reinvention, grief, success, and the beautifully complicated process of being human.
Founders • Executives • Entrepreneurs
Real estate professionals • Celebrities
Parents • Creatives
The people who find me are often the ones everyone else turns to.
They’re thoughtful.
Capable.
Deeply responsible.
They’re used to being the one everyone else leans on.
What they rarely have is a place where they don’t have to know.
From the outside, their lives often look very different.
Underneath, the questions sound remarkably similar.
On the surface:
“I feel stuck.”
“I don’t know what to do.”
“I should be happy, but something feels off.”
“I know what I want. I just can’t seem to get there.”
“I keep second-guessing myself.”
“I know something needs to change.”
“I’ve tried everything.”
Those are the conversations that usually bring people to me.
What we discover together is often something much deeper.
A Few Things to Know
About Me
My work has been shaped by more than two decades of studying how people change—from the inside out.
I began my professional life as a licensed acupuncturist, and that clinical foundation continues to influence everything I do. It taught me to look beyond symptoms, notice patterns, and search for the root rather than the surface.
Today my work brings together nervous system regulation, subconscious patterns, energy medicine, embodiment, and years of sitting with people as they navigate the beautifully complicated process of being human.
And a Few Things
That Make Me… Me
I’m Cuban-Bolivian by heritage.
I live in Los Angeles.
I’m a 5/1 Manifesting Generator, a Scorpio sun, Capricorn rising, and Aquarius moon.
I love roller skating, concerts, and Disneyland.
I still collect books faster than I can read them.
I’m endlessly curious about people, deeply skeptical of one-size-fits-all answers, and still convinced that clarity changes everything.
And yes… I still ask a lot of questions.
The Next Step
