The program includes:
• Learning techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime to help you decrease and eliminate stress.
• Observe your mind and be able to control your thoughts.
• Learning the #1 thought you’re having that causes stress in your body (and how to stop it)
• 2 Simple but powerful exercises to feel grounded and in control of your mind and your life.
• 6 weekly online classes on Mondays from 1-2pm starting 11/12. If you can't make the time any given week that’s ok. The class will be recorded and sent to you so you can review it when you have time.
