I am an avid rock collector. I think this love affair started as a kid. Looking back I think they were seeking me out. When I started to learn that stones actually had healing properties, it made a lot of sense to me. We all feel happy when we see them. It's natures beauty. The same way that nature made healing herbs and plants for us to ingest I believe nature made stones to help us heal different aspects of ourselves.

I am a Master of Crystology trained in the Melody lineage. Random? Perhaps but I totally own it.

One of my favorite stones is Pyrite:

Also known as Fool's Gold, it is a stone of action, vitality and will, and taps into one's ability and potential, stimulating the flow of ideas. It brings confidence and the persistence to carry things through to completion. It protects and creates a defensive shield against negative energies and environmental pollutants.

Essential oils

Smelly goodness. Also powerful medicine. I use essential oil on acupuncture points to help deepen the effects of the acupuncture as well as incorporate the healing properties of the essential oils for complete and multi-layered energetic rebalancing.

One of my favorite oils is Vetiver:

Known as the "oil of tranquility" it is a very grounding and earthy aroma. Vetiver is useful for anxiety, addressing anger, fighting burnout/exhaustion and coping with fear or insecurity. i use this oil on the soles of the feet a lot to help you feel like you have a stable foundation.
