ANXIETY BREAKTHROUGH PROGRAM
Over the last several years, in the course of treating many of my clients who struggle with anxiety or feeing generally overwhelmed by stress in their lives, I have started to show them more and more techniques that they can use to overcome these oftentimes debilitating states of being. Many of my clients who have had great results using these techniques have encouraged me to create a systemized program that puts it all together for people.
So I have finally done it! I'm calling it my Anxiety Breakthrough Program and I'm really excited about it.
I wanted to design this program to help you overcome feeling overwhelmed and out of control.
The program will consist of 6 online video group calls that occur once a week for six weeks. Each call will be one hour long.
The first 45 minutes of the call will consist of me teaching techniques that you can use to reduce anxiety and stress, and the rest of the call will help you apply these techniques to your individual situation and answer any questions that you may have. The calls will be set up via web conference on Zoom which can be accessed on any mobile device or computer.
We will have group agreements about privacy so that you can feel safe within the group setting and It will be a small group of no more than 8 participants.

• Learning techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime to help you decrease and eliminate stress.
• Observe your mind and be able to control your thoughts.
• Learning the #1 thought you’re having that causes stress in your body (and how to stop it)
• 2 Simple but powerful exercises to feel grounded and in control of your mind and your life.
• 6 weekly online classes. If you can't make the time any given week that’s ok. The class will be recorded and sent to you so you can review it when you have time.
